Warranty Coverage:
Totali EZ Balloons LLC warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. During this period, Totali EZ Balloons LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Warranty Conditions:
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product. The warranty is void if the product has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized modification, or improper installation. Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain warranty service. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by external factors.

Warranty Service:
To obtain warranty service, you must contact Totali EZ Balloons LLC at www.totaliezballoons.com or support@totaliezballoons.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. You may be required to return the product to Totali EZ Balloons LLC for inspection and repair.

Limitations of Warranty:
This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of business, or loss of profits. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only.

Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, USA.
