WARRANTY INFO & COVERAGE

Totali EZ Balloons LLC warrants this product from being free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of delivery for online orders or in-store purchase. The air pump has warranty period of 90 days from the date of delivery for online orders or in-store purchase. During this period, Totali EZ Balloons LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. After 90 days, replacement air pumps will need to be purchased online at TotaliEzBalloons.com.

Totali EZ Balloons that do not inflate or deflate after inflation process are not considered defective or part of the warranty. We provide 2 additional Totali EZ Balloons per package to accommodate any additional needs (6-8 extra EZ Balloons per arch).

Warranty Conditions:
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product. The warranty is void if the product has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized modification, or improper installation. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage, deflation, discoloration, oxidation, or failure resulting from outdoor use, direct sunlight, heat, rain, wind, weather, or other environmental conditions. When used outdoors, the consumer acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with environmental exposure, including the potential for balloons to expand, pop, deflate, discolor, or oxidize. Such effects are not considered product defects and are not covered under this warranty. Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain warranty service.

Warranty Service:
To obtain warranty service, you must contact Totali EZ Balloons LLC at support@totaliezballoons.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. You may be required to return the product to Totali EZ Balloons LLC for inspection and repair.

Limitations of Warranty:
This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damage, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of business, or loss of profits. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only.

Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, USA.
