Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • 2-Day Air: 2 days
  • Express 3 Day: 3-4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within US only.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@totaliezballoons.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply. If any package is lost due to an incorrect address at checkout, this is the fault and responsibility of the buyer who assumes all cost.
