REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Return Period:
We accept returns for change-of-mind within 7-days of delivery, provided the item remains unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
Defective Items
We offer replacement parts for any defective items within 30 days of delivery. This policy applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover issues resulting from misuse or normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period. EZ Balloons that are used and do not inflate or deflate after inflation process are not considered defective and part of the warranty. We provide 2 additional EZ Balloons per package to accommodate any additional needs (6-8 extra EZ Balloons per arch).
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "FINAL SALE" at the time of purchase cannot be returned. The "FINAL SALE" designation will appear in the product title during checkout and will also be noted in the product title on your order confirmation for clarity.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be: 1) Unused and in the same condition that you received it; 2) In the original packaging; 3) Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@totaliezballoons.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how to return your package. Please note that shipping costs for all returns are the responsibility of the customer, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to be processed may vary depending on your
payment provider.
Bundles Policy:
All bundles follow the same return policy as above. We accept returns for change-of mind within 7-days of delivery, provided the bundle remains unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Shipping returns are the responsibility of the customer, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if return is approved.
